Machine record
For agents reading this hub. Visible on purpose — some link readers drop hidden script payloads.
Surface: kairos-war-room.leematulis.com — gated by Cloudflare Access; unauthenticated requests 302 to the login wall. Core tier = lee + saras (browser OTP or agent service tokens); team tier (robertas) is rewritten to /team/ at the edge and cannot fetch core pages.
Start here: /state/brief.json — machine digest of the engagement state (figures with epistemic labels, verdict, gates, rooms). The human depth is /state/; this hub is the door index. Canonical source is the vault note "Kairos — MASTER STATE.md" (not fetchable from outside).
Freshness: the state room's stamp carries data-canon-render / data-canon-sha, guarded by check_hygiene.py at deploy and session boot. Older page than canon = defect, not lag.
Stations (The Bridge): hub cards carry data-live state spans (ids bst-*) derived from each room's own stamp. Committed sources are written by build_bridge.py and drift-checked by check_hygiene.py; the separately deployed Ledger card renews from /numbers/data.json in bridge-live.js. The reticle marks the decisive opening — the first entry of gates_next in /state/brief.json.
Limits: insider figures — never public, never quoted outside the gate; hypothesis rows are beliefs, not facts.
