Kairos — Meeting Outcome (2026-07-04)

Outcome — approved

Full-day meeting in Vilnius (2026-07-04), Šaras + Robertas Višinskis. Robertas approved the SWAT-team engagement. Details open; next artifact is the proposal.

Terms, first estimate (Šaras): one-month SWAT trial, €10k before tax for both — roughly €3.6k net each. Lee is glad with these terms for now. That single line, if it lands, covers the July €3k/mo short-term target on its own.

Next step: build the full proposal — money, working structure, goal, duration, everything. Šaras leads it; Lee gives input. Prep context: Kairos — Meeting Prep (2026-07-04).

The second signal — Robertas wants the system

Robertas was visibly impressed by how Lee described the working setup (Claude + Obsidian + Lee as one system) and asked to be onboarded — he wants the same system, adapted to his personality and goals. He pays for Claude but barely uses it; he already uses Obsidian as a writing tool and can spin up a fresh vault. He is short on time and attention: runs Mysterium, has a six-month-old son, Matas.

Plan lives at Robertas — Second Brain Onboarding. Strategically this is the first unprompted pull for a productized "second brain install" — Source Method adjacent.

Debrief — the substance (captured 2026-07-05)

Direct Mysterium talk was only ~45–60 min of the day; the rest was reunion + light prodding of Lee's interest. Answers to the prep questions:

ROI definition. Ro was nonchalant about profit size. The one hard line: "we need to break even" — so they are losing money and the floor is stopping the bleed. His real driver is mission: the sovereign individual/organization, escaping totalitarian control by any regime — EU is just the example he lives inside; Putin, North Korea, the US deep state, no difference to him. He accepts profit as the enabler ("otherwise everything dissolves, we can't do the mission") but is not profit-driven. His words in spirit: "we're about abundance here, let's not stress too much."

The Tesonet reference (added 07-05). Ro also said "Tesonet group banked 800M in profit last year from the same market — the money is there / it's possible." Fact-check (07-05): the number is real but it's revenue, not profit — Tesonet Global UAB: ~€715M revenue, €32.2M profit (2024, tax.lt); consolidated group revenue >€1B (LRT). Directional point fully survives: Nord (VPN) + Oxylabs/Decodo (proxies) ARE Mysterium's two markets, at €1B scale, from the same city. Usable in the proposal as a verified line — say revenue, never repeat "800M profit."

Revenue split & bottleneck. Ro doesn't know the dVPN vs B2B proxy split. dVPN brings more revenue but carries a much bigger maintenance team; B2B proxy brings less with a smaller team — no clear winner, both products roughly the same age. Supply/nodes never came up as a constraint (Lee's assumption: not the limiting factor). Pricing never mentioned.

Up-stack / agent access. Already being implemented, at some level. Ro: making it universal is effectively impossible — scraping LinkedIn is totally different from scraping Facebook; heavy per-target engineering. No depth reached.

Ieva. Lee's read: not the final decision-maker — Ro never mentioned needing her approval. The proposal should still be able to win her "to some degree," but the gate assumption from prep looks wrong; Ro decides.

Budget & money source. Mysterium Network's budget, not Ro's personal money. Treasury/token never discussed. Šaras's reference: €10k for the one-month trial, for both, pre-tax — and ALL-IN: Claude Max, ad traffic, tools all come out of that envelope ("we don't bother Mysterium about it").

Advance in fiat. Not raised with Ro — Šaras owns the money negotiation, Lee won't discuss terms with Ro directly.

Hours/week. Zero discussion. After the trial: common-sense implication only — "hit the jackpot" → percentage/ownership of some kind, on a speed-of-trust basis, nothing written.

Payment reliability. Lee: not worried (≤2% doubt). Evidence: Šaras has been paid for ~6 months; possibly investment still rolling in; Ieva is a high-level CEO working there.

Engagement signal (07-06): Ro texted Lee unprompted — "Kalbant apie Šaro užkurtą iniciatyvą, gal verta bendrą chat'ą pasikurti" (worth setting up a shared chat for Šaras's initiative). Warm and forward-leaning; folded into the proposal's way-of-working (weekly written update + shared chat as an open channel).

Logistics flag: Ro leaves Tuesday (07-07) for an extended trip to Russia with his girlfriend and Matas — heavy preparation before that. Affects both proposal timing and the onboarding call (ball in Ro's court; he'll reach out).

Šaras's post-meeting voice message (3:10, Lithuanian, via Messenger) — transcribed: Šaras voice message 2026-07-04 — Mysterium proposal thoughts. Core: think systematically before building; the duo's method = Lee's deep research × Šaras's live-test "torpedoes"; the proposal must name budget, timeline, goals, and embedded-vs-outside working mode.

Debrief 2 — Švenčionėliai working day (2026-07-10, captured 07-11)

Lee spent Friday 2026-07-10 with Šaras in Švenčionėliai working the SWAT concept. New substance from his verbal debrief:

Day log (brief)

~30 km on foot. Naujoji Vilnia station → Dūmų Fabrikas (craft-ale degustation, unusual for Lee) → Pavilnių regioninis parkas through Strielčiukų žygtakis → Belmontas (ate at Belmonto Kriokliai) → Robertas joined by car → Paupys → Užupis (business talk at a cafe) → Šaras left by train → final 1.5–2 h walk with Robertas.
