Kairos / Lee + Šaras only

Contract review.

Both versions. Every clause. See exactly what changed.

For your latest three agreements, hover over “In plain words”, or click/tap it, for a paragraph explanation. “You” refers to your MB as the Consultant unless the explanation says otherwise.

Previous wording on the left; revised wording on the right. A · New text is added wording. B · Edited text replaces or reorders previous wording. For example, a changed payment deadline is amber; a wholly new annex is green. Removed wording stays on the left.

Select text in either version or an “In plain words” explanation, then choose “Add comment” to ask about it. A blue underline marks a saved discussion. Questions and replies are shared only with Lee, Šaras and their agents.

How the comparison is made

Every body paragraph appears once, in source order. Clauses are paired by subject, including renumbered clauses. Word-level additions are green; replacements and reordered passages are amber. Colour classification uses the reviewed comparison, including reordered wording; it is not a legal judgment. Original review colours are not carried over. Formatting-only changes are not classified.

Highlights compare wording, not legal meaning. This is a review tool, not a signing copy. It does not change the agreements, record consent or approve any term.

Comparison records are immutable. A later revision gets its own record and remains selectable here. No contract text is sent to an AI service by this tool.

Comments & questions

Save keeps your note. “Save & ask Talos” sends this discussion and agreement to Lee’s paid ChatGPT/Codex account for a reply here. Lee’s Mac must be online; requests stay queued while it is offline. Answers explain the draft; they do not change it.

Agent access

Read the current discussion through the private comments API, using your existing Kairos service identity. Follow its pagination cursor. These comments are discussion, not authority to change or sign a contract.

“Ask Talos” sends this discussion and its version of the agreement to a local Codex reply worker using Lee’s subscription. It does not expose the whole private desktop conversation. The reply appears under the original comment. Talos’s manual reader and reply command remains mnwar/contract_comments.py.
