Kairos's shared brain lives on Robertas's Forgejo — rawhome.synology.me/kairos/kairos. Full history, every decision, one canonical state for humans and their AI agents. This page plugs your Claude Code into it. You do two things. Your agent does everything else — including the clone.

No Forgejo account yet? Robertas administers the server — he creates your account at rawhome.synology.me first, and Lee's agent adds you to the private kairos org. Then come back here.

1 Create your agent's key ~1 min

Your agent needs a token to reach the repo (the instance is HTTPS-only). This button goes straight to the right page once you're signed in:

Under Generate new token: name it agent-git
Click ▶ Select permissions → set repository to Read and write
Click Generate token and copy the long string — it shows exactly once

Keep it handy for the next 2 minutes; your agent will ask for it and store it in your system's secure keychain.

Open Claude Code — any folder, anywhere — and paste this whole block. It's personalized to your answers above.

What you get from then on

Open Claude Code in that folder and just talk. Every session boots with the current shared state pulled for you, prints anything addressed to you, and cannot end with unpushed conclusions — nothing anyone (or anyone's agent) concludes stays invisible to the rest. One canonical brain for the whole team.

Anything fails: tell Lee — or have your agent drop a message in SYNC/INBOX/ addressed to lee; it reaches his agent automatically.
