VILNIUS — [Future launch date] — Mysterium Network today launched Key Maker, the AI-operated control plane that gives every approved operator a governed view of company-wide information—and gives MN continuous control over every certified access path.
Growing companies accumulate information faster than they accumulate shared understanding. Customer activity lives in one system, payments in another, product telemetry in a third. Definitions sit in documents. Decisions disappear into task history and message threads. People carry small but consequential pieces in their own pockets.
Management sees what reaches the meeting. It cannot see all the relevant evidence that never reached the room. It often cannot know the evidence is missing. Apparently unrelated sources may describe the same customer, campaign, payment, product event or operating decision while using incompatible definitions, time boundaries and identifiers. Contradictions remain undiscovered. Blind spots survive long enough to shape management decisions.
MN met the problem directly while mapping its first eleven information rooms. Roughly two and a half weeks of active access work produced only three rooms ready for bounded use at the initial evidence cut.
The other rooms held missing grants, incomplete history, unknown ownership, unsafe paths, person-bound credentials or access that existed on paper but could not perform the work. The recurring condition was simple: “we have access, but we do not.”
Key Maker replaces that condition with one governed Information Map. Every information room carries its own legend: what it contains, what every field and measure means, its grain and identifiers, measured history and freshness, permitted uses, supported decisions and proven relationships to other rooms. The same approved path that exposes the information exposes the meaning required to use it. A steward approves changes to the legend; the operator does not need to find the steward to understand the room.
When an executive, operator or AI asks a company-wide question, Key Maker finds the relevant sources, follows accepted relationships and shows the evidence that is still missing. It preserves both sides of a contradiction. It attaches provenance to the answer. If a source is blocked or a relationship remains unproved, the gap stays visible and the system names the next action.
The same control plane governs identity. A sponsor selects an approved role pack. Key Maker previews every entitlement, excludes powers the role does not need, executes supported grants and tests the person’s actual work against live acceptance fixtures. An A-player reaches verified productive work within 15 minutes when the approved tasks succeed. A green login screen proves nothing by itself.
Routine operation belongs to AI. Key Maker monitors drift, checks evidence freshness, prepares lifecycle changes and executes actions already authorized by policy. The Master Switchboard shows desired access beside actual access for every employee, contractor, service identity and AI agent. Extra privilege, expiring credentials, broken connectors, stale proof and unsupported revocation cannot disappear behind a green badge.
Human authority stays at the top. Three Key Holder roles govern master policy, with any two required to approve a new role pack, privilege class or master-level exception. The roles remain unassigned until MN makes that governance decision. The AI executes settled policy at machine speed. It cannot create new authority for itself.
When authority ends, one signed lifecycle event denies the identity at every certified MN-controlled enforcement point within 30 seconds. Vendor deletion, session invalidation, ownership transfer and credential rotation may continue afterward. The controlled path is already shut. Any system outside that contract remains visibly marked OFFBOARDING_SLA_UNSUPPORTED.
Key Maker’s first successful deployment covers the initial MN information estate and three operating roles: Internal A-player, Outside specialist contractor and Kairos analytical service identity. The same model is expanding to code, cloud, communications, finance, support, HR and every other system that can hold consequential information or grant consequential access.
A great operator arrives and receives the relevant company picture in minutes. Management sees the evidence, the contradiction and the unknown before it decides. When the operator leaves, every certified door shuts in seconds—and the proof remains.
