*Kairos — what September needs to contain*
The board meets end of the first week of September to decide future resource allocations. Kairos can influence those decisions. How you get there is yours. What we need — is in this document.
*Minimum content:*
• *3–5 candidate opportunities*, each on one page, same structure for all of them so they can be compared side by side.
- Per candidate: what the asymmetry actually is (why the payoff is skewed, not just why it's a good idea); why Mysterium specifically, and what stops a competitor copying it; the cheapest test that would prove or kill it; what would kill it; and the concrete next step with a cost and a timeframe.
- At least one internal and one external candidate — or an explicit statement of why one side came up empty.
- Your ranking, with your recommendation. Not a neutral menu.
• *"Looked at and rejected" — a list*: one line each, with the reason for rejection.
*Not required:*
• finished business plans
• financial models
• built product
*Format:* written, circulated three days before the meeting. The session is discussion, not a first reading.
*Additional context:*
"We found nothing asymmetric" is also an acceptable answer, if the rejection log backs it up. An honest empty result beats something dressed up to justify the exercise. Say it plainly if that's where you land.
The live-context system is a means, not a deliverable — if it exists by September, good, but it doesn't count as an opportunity.
*One thing we need from you now* is an answer to this: if 3–5 candidates in the time left isn't realistic — nothing is signed yet, and that's on us — say so now and propose what is. Renegotiating scope in August is a decision. In September it's a miss.
