VPN Customer Reviews
How customers experience Mysterium VPN: what works, what fails, and how ratings differ across public review sources.
Is the VPN improving or degrading?
How the numbers are calculated — and what they cannot prove
Some platforms usually receive higher ratings than others. The default line removes each platform’s long-term average before comparing quarters, then returns the result to the 1–5 star scale. This prevents a changing mix of Apple and Trustpilot reviews from creating a false trend. Every dated quarter is shown. Quarters with fewer than five rated reviews remain visible but do not determine the verdict. A change of at least 0.20 stars between sufficiently populated quarters means “improving” or “degrading.”

No reviewer can be identified as a bot or competitor from public metadata alone. Signals mark records for checking; they are not fraud verdicts.
Captured reviews vs platform totals
| Source | Captured here | Platform total | Platform average |

These totals are not directly comparable: Apple includes ratings without written reviews, and Google shortens its displayed total.
